Jim, who has owned the building for two decades, reflected on the time he casually painted over the wall after removing a sign for White Realty. He admits he didn’t do a stellar job, leaving behind some chaotic yet intriguing epoxy remnants. And it seems this very imperfection caught the eye of Jered Sprecher.
