Knoxville, get ready for an incredible afternoon of music, community, and giving back! On October 20, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Kern’s Food Hall will play host to a heartwarming event called Stuff the Sprinter: Mountain Strong. This joyful gathering, brought to you by the local band The Deep Fakes, in partnership with Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville and Monday Night Brewing, is all about supporting those affected by the recent Hurricane Helene floods in East Tennessee.
Why Your Help Matters
This year has brought challenges to many in our community, especially those impacted by unexpected floods. As we come together as neighbors, the goal of this event is to gather essential items that will make a real difference in the lives of those who are struggling. Essential survival necessities such as tents, sleeping bags, blankets, and other vital supplies are greatly needed. As if that wasn’t enough to get you excited, no concert would be complete without incredible music! From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., The Deep Fakes will serenade the crowd with classic hits from the cassette and vinyl eras. So whether you love to tap your toes or just enjoy the tunes, there’s something for everyone!

Kern’s Food Hall will keep everyone entertained with free pumpkin carving (while supplies last), along with thrilling face painting, seasonal beers, and mouth-watering food options. It’s a fantastic way for families and friends to come together in support of a truly worthy cause, all while celebrating the joys of the fall season.
