Knoxville Rotary Club Welcomes New Board Members for 2024-25
In the heart of Knoxville, excitement is brewing as the Rotary Club gears up for another fantastic year. The club, one of the oldest and largest in Tennessee, has just announced its new board of directors for the upcoming 2024-25 term, and it’s a powerhouse team!
Leading the Charge
At the helm this year is Christopher Lambert, an experienced relationship manager at the Trust Company of Tennessee. Christopher takes on the role of president, bringing not only his professional expertise but also a passion for community service that defines the Rotary spirit. His leadership is sure to inspire members and the community alike.
Stepping in as vice president is Jennifer Sepaniak, the president of Bill Kitt Trust Co. LLC. With her extensive background in financial management, Jennifer is poised to assist Christopher in shaping the club’s vision for the year ahead.
Rounding out the leadership trio is Shannon Holland, an attorney with Holland Law, who has been elected president-elect. Shannon’s legal knowledge and strategic thinking will surely add value to the club’s initiatives and programs.
A Dynamic Team
The club’s operations will be effectively managed by Andrew Murr, vice president at Barge Design Solutions, who assumes the role of secretary. He will be keeping things organized as the club ventures into new projects and community efforts.
Financial matters will be in the capable hands of Whitfield Addicks, a partner at Addicks CPA Firm LLP, who continues his role as treasurer as well as chair of the financial and audit committee. With Whitfield’s experience, the club can rest easy knowing its finances are in good shape.
Jim Alexander, director at Acosta Sales and Marketing, represents the past presidents, adding a wealth of knowledge and perspective to the current board. He is a reminder of the rich history of service within this illustrious organization.
Meet the Rest of the Board
The board is not just about the top positions! Joining Christopher, Jennifer, Shannon, Andrew, Whitfield, and Jim are some incredible individuals. There’s Virginia Babb, a Realtor with Keller Williams Signature, who brings her real estate expertise to the table. Sally Boven, the retired CEO of Reflective Apparel, has a wealth of corporate experience that will benefit the club greatly.
Holden Caperton, vice president of procurement operations for First Horizon Bank, adds his financial acumen, while Susan Dakak, president of Smart Views LLC, brings a fresh perspective with her marketing experience. Todd Moody, an attorney with Hagood, Moody, Hodge PLC, will undoubtedly contribute his legal expertise, and Annette Winston, a distinguished lecturer (ret.) with the University of Tennessee, adds an educational angle to the board.
